Finance & Administration Support Officer
Location: Melbourne | Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $96,844.75 + 15% super + other benefits
Onsite initially | Hybrid after probation

The Opportunity
An experienced Finance & Administration Support Officer is required to take ownership of end to end payroll, finance and office administration. This is a standalone role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, suited to someone who enjoys being the trusted 'go to' for finance and operational matters.
This is a permanent replacement role, allowing time for handover and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
* End to end fortnightly payroll processing
* PAYG, superannuation (QuickSuper), WorkCover and statutory compliance
* Xero processing, reconciliations and reporting
* Month end, Executive and Treasurer reporting
* Accounts payable and receivable
* FBT data collation and reporting
* Office administration and supplier management
* Property and facilities coordination (utilities, maintenance, landlord liaison)
* Fleet management including leasing, insurance and FBT tracking
* Ensuring compliance with relevant Victorian and Federal legislation
About You
You're organised, detail focused and confident working independently in a small, trusted team.
You'll bring
* Strong hands on Xero experience (essential)
* Proven end to end payroll experience
* 5+ years' experience in finance and administration
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
* Confidence engaging external stakeholders
* High accountability and ability to work autonomouslyAlignment with NFP and values driven organisations
Experience within a union, not for profit, health or regulated environment will be highly regarded.
