We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Import-Export Business Administrative Staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the smooth operations of our international trade activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate import and export shipments, including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of import-export strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered according to schedule and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in import-export regulations and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Provide administrative support to the import-export team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in import-export operations or logistics administration is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with import-export software or systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
