We are hiring an Executive Assistant for a 12-month maternity leave cover at Ringwood Private Hospital, part of Healthscope.
Responsibilities
Providing organisational and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and wider Executive Team to enable them to execute their roles efficiently.
Managing diary, liaising with internal, external and international personnel regarding complex diary and meeting management.
Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, drafting correspondence, overseeing creation of documents, minute-taking and distribution of minutes, various reports and presentations.
Maintaining an organised system of electronic documents.
Contributing to a team environment, working collaboratively in sharing and generating ideas, empowered to achieve outcomes.
Maintaining the Doctor Credentialing System (CGov).
Recruitment support for the hospital (including advertising, onboarding, maintaining HR databases).
Site IT contact.
Conducting HR administration tasks including employee contracts and visa coordination.
Essential Criteria
Experience in an Executive Assistant role.
Well-developed communication skills to work as part of a team with a willingness to learn new skills.
A proven ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Computer and Microsoft Office skills.
