About The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader Administration, this position is responsible for the timely and accurate assessment of applications requesting a review of infringement decisions.
You will manage administrative processes associated with infringement management, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures, and provide professional customer service to individuals seeking review outcomes.
The role also provides confidential and efficient administrative support to senior staff within the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
Review & Assessment
Assess applications for internal review of infringement decisions within required legislative timeframes
Determine outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation, organisational policies and established precedents
Process additional applications arising from the infringement management process as required
Administration
Manage documentation and correspondence relating to infringement reviews
Prepare routine correspondence and contribute to reporting requirements
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times
Provide support to the Team Leader Administration and senior staff as required
Customer Service
Respond to complex and, at times, sensitive review requests with professionalism and empathy
Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including external agencies and service providers
About You
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Bring
A certificate, diploma, degree or equivalent work experience (experience within a regulatory or compliance environment will be highly regarded)
Demonstrated experience managing multiple administrative priorities with exceptional attention to detail
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise discretion within established standards and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional correspondence and reports
An understanding of legal practices relating to infringements and review processes, or a willingness to develop this knowledge
You will be confident working within legislative frameworks, comfortable handling sensitive matters, and committed to delivering service that meets high professional standards.
