Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Real Estate team in an administration/receptionist role.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating advertising, managing active sales campaigns, and maintaining the office's business-related social media accounts.
Responsibilities
* Editing and printing marketing materials, including weekly letters, property brochures, just-listed flyers, and agent marketing resources.
* Providing outstanding customer service support to our sales team, both over the phone and face-to-face.
* Coordinating and managing advertising campaigns efficiently and effectively.
* Maintaining the office's business-related social media presence.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
