Our client is a fantastic Accounting practice, located in Hawthorn. They are looking for a PA/ Administrator to support the broader Accounting team.
This is a great opportunity if you are an administrator that is wanting to take the next step up in to a Personal Assistant role. You will work closely with a Senior PA that will provide you with ongoing training and mentorship. This is an exceptional role to take your career to new heights!
**Duties include**:
- Diary management
- Organising meetings/appointments
- Assisting with the collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Client contact and liaison
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
- Ad hoc Administrative duties
