**Your new role**
Supporting the Director with all tasks that assist with the running of the organisation.
- Answering phones, managing inboxes, booking appointments into calenders
- Digital transcription and dictation
- Managing files
- Ordering catering
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Credit card reconciliation
- All other adhoc tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within professional services. You will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and organisation skills. You MUST have experience of and be highly competent with digital dictation and transcription. You will be able to commence work immediately.
