We're looking for a high-performing Personal Assistant to support 2 of the Operations Managers within Community & Care in the Home.
This isn't just a diary management role—it's about being a trusted right-hand, keeping things moving, anticipating needs, and ensuring operations run smoothly.
You'll be at the centre of activity—coordinating priorities, managing communications, and supporting executive-level decision making across the site.
This is a part-time ongoing role (24 hours per week, 3 days per week), offering flexibility to support school hours and work–life balance.
What will you be doing?
* Managing complex executive diaries and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
* Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups
* Preparing reports, presentations and key documents
* Drafting communications and managing correspondence

Are you?
* Experienced supporting senior leaders as a Personal or Executive Assistant?
* Confident managing complex diaries and competing priorities?
* Able to prepare professional documents, reports or board-level presentations?
* Comfortable taking minutes and coordinating meetings end-to-end?
* Thriving when working in a fast-paced environment?
* A key team player? And able to work autonomously?
You'll ideally bring:
* Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office (M365) capability
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Bonus points if you have healthcare experience or exposure to systems like UKG, Oracle, BEIMS, Riskman or E-Hub —but this isn't essential.
This role offers a chance to step into a high-impact, trusted position directly supporting patient‐centred care.
Benefits include:
* The opportunity to make a real impact on patient experience
