Overview
Talent Administration Officer - Seasonal Recruitment is a fixed-term contract from September through November 2025 with The Reject Shop. The role supports the delivery of the national seasonal recruitment campaign for store-based roles, coordinating and administering recruitment activities, and working closely with the Talent Strategy Manager and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that reflects the company values and brand.
Responsibilities
Advertise roles on approved platforms
Screen applications and shortlist candidates
Coordinate group and in-store interviews
Generate offers and contracts using PageUp
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance
Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Talent Strategy Manager
Support a positive candidate and store experience
What you'll bring
Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow structured processes and manage competing priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
