Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of office-based tasks including supporting Reception, supporting Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) functions, and coordinating office setups for in‐house events and functions.
How you'll make an impact
* Reception support
* Visitor management and oversight of Security Card Management for Gallagher Bassett staff, external visitors and contractors
* Desk & Locker Assignment for in‐office permanent staff
* Office restock – Kitchen essentials etc
* Event Support (in‐office)
* Liaising with Building Management around issues and maintenance requests, and regular review of the office floor and equipment
* Acting as a Fire Warden & First Aid Officer, representing the business on the OHS Committee and arranging ergonomic assessments for staff as required
* Downloading and uploading of Digital Media received by the business
About you
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
* Excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office and databases)
* Experience as a First Aider and/or Fire Warden and OHS Rep (desirable)
