We are seeking to employ a full-time employee on a permanent basis.
A Day in the Life
The purpose of this position is to undertake day-to-day administrative responsibilities within the Specialist Clinics administration team. The incumbent will work closely with the team, to ensure that the non-clinical supports required to deliver timely client centred care are in place, thus enabling multidisciplinary teams to meet service Key Performance Indicators. This position is both front and back of house.
10. Work as an effective team member, considering the needs of others in your team, working towards common goal.
11. Manage and maintain data/reporting as requested by manager (using HMS/Harrison and iPM), in line with governing body requirements.
12. Support clinical staff to achieve KPIs within the framework of Patient Centred Care and Australian National Standards.
13. Contribute proactively to change processes, team building, and efficiencies
We are a fast paced and busy clinic. Our team work closely together to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the clinic to reflect our patient centred care model.

14. Demonstrated productivity including initiative, good problem solving skills, judgment and an attention to detail

16. Discretion, consideration to privacy, confidentiality and ethics
17. Ability to multi task
What you need:
18. Willingness to participate in annual performance development discussions with your manager
19. Complete all mandatory and role specific competencies
20. Successful applicants new to Monash Health will be required to enter into an Employment Agreement prior to commencement
