About the role: 
Managing inbound and outbound calls utilising communication, empathy and negotiation skills 
Assist with resolving disputes, claims and payments 
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and investigations 
Working towards business KPI's 
Previous experience in debt recovery 
Solid verbal & written communication skills 
Customer service skills specifically the ability to build trust and rapport quickly 
Experience in taking payments & negotiating payment schedules 
Ability to have difficult conversation with customers and remain professional 
High level of attention to detail and ability to keep detailed records 
High level of resilience
