In this trusted and influential role, you will:
* Provide exceptional executive support, managing diaries, travel, correspondence, credit card reconciliations and workflows for senior leaders.
* Draft, edit and coordinate high-quality documents, including briefings, reports, presentations and correspondence.
* Facilitate effective communication between the CEO, senior managers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings, events and conferences, ensuring every detail, from agendas to follow-up actions, is handled with professionalism.
* Support committees and working groups, including minute-taking, action tracking and document preparation.
* Advise on administrative policies and processes, contributing to continuous improvement and organisational efficiency.
* Manage records and information systems, maintaining accurate, confidential and accessible documentation.
* Build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners, delivering consistent and high-quality service.
What You'll Bring
You are a polished and reliable executive support professional with:
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience in executive or high-level administrative roles.
* Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in busy, complex environments.
* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Sound judgment, initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

While we are looking to recruit at FTE you will have some flexibility over when your hours are worked, our preference leans toward you spreading your working time over a minimum of 4 days per week.
