About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides professional, confidential, and comprehensive administrative support to the Director Aboriginal Health. This role ensures a highly organised and efficient clerical service, supporting daily operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of the Aboriginal Health team. The position also assists with administrative support for the Flinders and Upper North LHN Aboriginal Health Committees, playing an important role in advancing Aboriginal health initiatives across the region.
About You
Proven experience providing confidential and professional administrative support with efficiency and accuracy.
Experience preparing and distributing agendas, minutes and other relevant material to committees and attending to action items.
Proven experience establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
Experience undertaking minor research projects, including compiling data and preparing briefing documents and summary reports.
