About the Role 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth and accurate preparation, submission, and management of data entry and various administrative tasks for our clients. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance, meeting deadlines, and upholding the high standards of RIC Solutions. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Team 
- Assist with Laboratory preparation as required 
- Assist with daily invoicing 
- Assist with Data Entry, Mobilisation & Travel Requests 
- Maintain records and update ISO compliance 
- Postal runs as required 
Skills & Experience 
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Previous experience in administration, compliance, invoicing or document control roles preferred. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with online portals, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
