Offer description

We are seeking a part-time person to work in an office environment, Monday to Friday for four hours per day. This role involves taking phone orders, order entry, purchasing and other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the stationery and printer industry, although training will be provided to the right person.

We are a business member of the Office National Group, operating since 2008. Our location is close to Moorabbin Airport.

To be successful in this role, you must:

* Have the right to work in Australia
* Have at least two years' experience in Customer Service Roles
* Have customer service experience
* Have data entry skills
* Have previous invoicing experience
* Have inventory management skills
* Have order processing skills
