The Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational tasks and processes of the Connects Day Service teams, across all sites and services in the Casey area. This position will work collaboratively with the Connects team, at each of our sites, to ensure service documentation is up to date and aligns with organisation policies and procedures and NDIS requirements. You will also assist in answering and directing phone calls and providing strong customer service both internally and externally.
