Job Description
- Daily capture and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable / Contributions
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Daily setup of Fuel cards and termination of cards not required
- Reconciliation of Fuel cards to system and invoices
- Generate and entry of monthly Novated lease Invoices
- Managing Accounts Receivable / Contributions
- Initializing new Novated Leases and closing leases that terminate or end
- Administering contracts variances & terminations- Early termination, natural termination, package adjustment, change of employer & lease transfer
- General account enquires- invoicing & arrears
- Prepare financiers' payments
- Import bank feeds and allocate to general ledger
- Prepare BAS returns
- Prepare Quarterly FBT returns
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Admin Officer should have:
- BAS registration with the Tax Practitioners Board
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & MYOB experience
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a team environment
