We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Quality Administrator in Logistics Operations. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality performance metrics and KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, investigating and resolving non-conformances, and handling user requests.

* Able to identify problems, seek solutions, and prioritize tasks to achieve deadlines.
* Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and presentations.
