About Us


Statewide Property Services (WA) has been supplying and installing site hoarding systems for commercial projects across WA for over 20 years. We're a small, supportive team that values reliability, safety and high quality.


The Role


We're seeking a Office Administrator to take care of the day-to-day admin and coordination that keeps our projects and operations moving. Based in our warehouse office (with your own office space), you'll manage staff records and inductions, job scheduling, invoicing and payroll support, and compliance — the details that make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys responsibility, staying organised, and working closely with both staff and clients. Full training will be provided in Aroflo, our job management system. Please note the position is scheduled to start in mid February 2026.


Key Responsibilities

* Set up and onboard new employees, including inductions and training records.
* Schedule jobs and staff, and update Aroflo with all project details (training provided).
* Manage timesheets, leave requests, and payroll inputs.
* Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and client documentation.
* Keep inductions, compliance registers, and insurance/vehicle records current.
* Support the Ops Manager with quotes, supplier set-ups, and admin tasks.
* Communicate with staff and clients to ensure jobs run smoothly.


About You

* Previous experience in admin or project support (construction/trade industry experience highly regarded).
* Confident juggling multiple tasks and keeping things on track.
* Comfortable with computers; Aroflo experience is a bonus but not required (training provided).
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive with strong communication skills.
