Acu Tech Piping Systems is seeking a motivated and customer‐focused Office Administrator to join our Victorian team on a 6‐month fixed‐term contract.
This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, reception, and general administration while helping maintain a professional and welcoming branch environment.
As a key member of the team, you will support the sales process, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the branch.
About the Role
This fixed‐term contract role offers a mix of front‐of‐house service, administrative duties, and customer support. You'll work closely with customers and the sales team, contributing to excellent customer experiences and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level customer service as the professional first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and enquiries
* Support the sales team by entering CRM data, processing orders, preparing quotes, managing customer information, and assisting with sales negotiations
* Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, project follow‐ups, and post‐sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
* Uphold a professional office environment by maintaining reception, visitor areas, and amenities, and managing office supplies and the photocopier
* Assist with new starter workstation setups, including ordering and organising equipment and stationery
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, laminating, binding, word processing, archiving, and distributing mail and packages
* Work collaboratively with all teams to support smooth office operations
* Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to sales and service goals
* Undertake additional duties aligned with company policies, procedures, and business needs
About You
* Experience in administration, reception, or customer service
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, reception, or customer service
* Experience using CRM systems, ideally ERP and Exonet
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
* Willingness to learn product knowledge and support sales processes
* A friendly, confident, and professional manner
