As the Ecommerce Administrator, you will be playing a huge role in our company by ensuring customers' expectations are met upon receiving their orders.

**Job brief**
We are looking for someone to take on the role of to ensure effective operation and dispatch of E-commerce orders as well as custom made orders. You will be responsible for the timely and safely dispatch of all orders from our website as well as custom and bulk orders. You'll work closely with our Head of Operations to organise and implement actions for the day and week. During quiet sale periods you might be asked to help with packaging our products and other administrator ad hoc duties.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Pick and Pack E-commerce orders.
- Effectively pick items as per order list, Securely pack cookies, Print shipping labels, etc (training provided)
- Liase with the customer service, baking and decorating team to drive quality processes
- Assist the Decorating and Baking team in packing our award-winning creations
- General data entry duties for file organisation
**Requirements**:
- A can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently seeing jobs through from start to completion
- Experience in a similar role within E-commerce preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
- A team player

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
