Operations Administrator Role Overview
About the Role
This role involves providing administrative support to the operations team with a focus on effective task management, procurement, and other related tasks.
* Manage office administration as directed by senior staff
* Support with data tracking using computer systems
* Raise purchase orders and track through to receipt and payment
* Reorder office supplies stock
* Prepare and collate reports as required
* Liaise with crew, supervisors, and management to manage tasks
* Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders
* Assist with maintaining project registers and reporting
* Improve administrative processes continuously
* Manage fleet administration including vehicle maintenance and insurance
* Respond timely to fleet issues

The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
