We are a family-owned and operated food manufacturing business based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

For over 15 years, we've been producing quality, Australian-made food products with a strong focus on reliability, relationships, and local values.

We're growing steadily and now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our close-knit team.

The Role
In this key position, you'll be the go-to person for a variety of admin and accounts tasks.

You'll handle everything from MYOB processing to customer enquiries and supplier communication.

Your attention to detail, great communication, and ability to stay organised will help ensure our operations continue running smoothly.

This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of admin, bookkeeping, and customer service, and wants to be part of a business where they are valued and relied upon.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management in MYOB

Generating invoices, processing payments, and managing follow-ups

Bank reconciliations and general data entry

Handling phone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers

Supporting the production and management team with administrative tasks

Maintaining office filing systems and records

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Experience in office administration, ideally in a small business setting

Proficiency in MYOB (essential)

Solid knowledge of AP/AR processes and general bookkeeping

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

A positive, customer-focused attitude

Strong time management and the ability to multitask

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG

Familiarity with HACCP or basic food safety processes
