Our client is seeking an organised and professional Administration / Executive Officer to join their team in Salter Point on a permanent, part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to work school hours or 4 days per week, providing key administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and CFO while ensuring smooth daily operations across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the CEO and CFO with administrative and secretarial tasks
* Producing presentations, reports, and handling confidential matters
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating Board and delegate documentation
* Taking minutes for Board, Delegate, and Annual General Meetings
* Managing emails and correspondence distribution across departments
* Assisting with other business matters as required
* Being the link between departments and the CEO
* Overseeing volunteer rosters and general volunteer support
* Handling telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, and postage
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and support a leadership team
* Full working rights in Australia
