About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our dynamic Community Services Team. You will be an integral part of the well-established Home Care Team, ensuring Home Care consumers receive optimal service delivery and care in the community. The position is 9am - 5pm, 4 days per week, based at our Moubray Street Melbourne office with a work-from-home option available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service excellence
* Liaise with clients, families, care staff, and external providers
* Perform general administrative duties (e.g., invoicing, mailouts)
* Promote Royal Freemasons as a provider of choice
* Manage rostering to meet consumer needs and preferences
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a 'can-do' attitude
* Highly developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Highly organized with great attention to detail
Desirable but Not Essential:
* Experience using client management/rostering systems (e.g., Health metrics, e-Case, PHC)
* Community Aged Care knowledge
* Certificate in Community Aged Care (or similar)

* Salary Packaging - as a Not-for-Profit organization, we offer salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum, plus relevant fees, significantly increasing your take-home pay. You can also salary package meals, entertainment, holiday accommodation, and facility hire expenses up to $2,650 per annum.
