About the role
This position will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Operations, Nursing and Deputy Program Director of the Surgical Services program. Functions include reception, diary management, travel management, record administration, database management, data entry, production of reports, administrative support to committees and support to senior management.
Key responsibilities
* Reception and front‑desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
* Diary and travel management for senior staff.
* Record administration, database maintenance, and data entry.
* Production of reports and administrative support to committees.
* Assist with general administrative tasks for the Surgical Services program.
Skills & experience
* Proven ability in a similar environment where highly developed organisational skills are required and proficiency with administrative support tools.
