The Opportunity

As our Business Support Manager, you will take pride in ensuring our office is organised and the business is running at optimum levels. This opportunity will suit if you want a role you can make your own, with a team that values your support and expertise.

From organising sales reports to maintaining our activity planner, you'll provide vital administration to the General Managers in all areas of the business. We are looking for someone who enjoys being 'hands on' and thrives in a continuous improvement environment with project management skills.

Your duties will include:

* Office Administration- Maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the office and providing support to the General Managers.
* Accounts- Assisting our external Finance team with day to day account activities including expenses, payments and ad hoc projects
* Sitting on Management Team- Maintaining and managing activity planner including HR, OH&S and IT items as necessary. Supporting team to stay on track with activities.

This is a 22.8 hour week role, 3 days per week. 2 days on site (Monday essential) and 1 day flexible. We are open as to how you'd like to structure your work week. We value work/life balance and want to support you to be the best you can be.

About You

You will be an energetic professional who enjoys people contact and prefers to be busy. You are looking for a varied role with good support structures in place to ensure things are done correctly.

You will be computer savvy and enjoy learning new systems. You pride yourself on your communication skills and are looking for a long term role where you are an integral part of the team and company.

To be successful, you'll have:

* 3+ years experience in a similar support role (Executive Assistant experience will be well regarded)
* Good working knowledge of the MS Suite with Intermediate Excel skills
* Previous exposure to CRM or databases
* A mature outlook and focus on trust
* A customer-centric approach

It goes without saying that you pride yourself on your attention to detail and understand the importance of being a great brand ambassador at all times. A sense of humour will also set you in good stead, as we enjoy a laugh in the office

We will recognise your hard work and provide an excellent salary equivalent to $85k pa FTE (pro rata), monthly 'lunch and learn' sessions, training and family friendly flexibility. You will also be eligible for our Employee bonus scheme, which recognises team work and business results.
