Job Overview

A motivated and detail-oriented professional is sought to manage day-to-day office operations and accounts functions for a dynamic company.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage phone and email enquiries
* Assist with scheduling, meetings, and travel bookings
* Prepare documents, file, and provide general administrative support
* Coordinate office supplies and maintain records
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
* Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
* Enhance the company's online presence through social media management
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency


About You:

* Prior experience in office administration or accounts support is highly regarded
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero is preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills are essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Confident using social media platforms in a business context
* A positive, professional, and proactive attitude is necessary
