FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.
**As an administration officer, you will provide general office support.** Your responsibilities will include **reception duties,** **file management**, **data entry** and maintenance of office supplies and equipment. You will ensure **accurate record-keeping**, manage mail and correspondences, and assist with departmental systems and technologies.

**What you will do**
The administration officer delivers services in line with our policies and procedures.
You will:
- **Manage reception duties**, including answering calls, assisting visitors, and handling enquiries professionally.
- Provide general administrative support, such as file management, data entry, scheduling.
- **Maintain office supplies and equipment**.
- **Use and update databases**to ensure accurate records and manage correspondence efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail securely,** ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality**.
- Support staff with projects, **meeting administration** (e.g., minute-taking), and other assigned tasks as needed.
