In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering recovery at work services across the Transport cluster, you'll contribute to best-practice case management that supports employees in returning to work safely and sustainably.
This includes early intervention, workplace assessment, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
This role will see you apply evidence-based strategies to manage complex or significant recovery at work cases.
You'll engage with insurers, health professionals, and business partners, while developing your skills in occupational rehabilitation, legislative compliance, and stakeholder influence.
This is a temporary opportunity up to 14 months.

About You
Your strong communication, negotiation and case management skills, formed across allied health, insurance, or workplace rehabilitation sectors, will see you resolve complex cases, influence stakeholders, and bring process improvements that lead to reduced premiums and better recovery outcomes.
You're recognised as a collaborative problem-solver, skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships, and experienced in delivering customer-focused services within regulatory frameworks.
You also possess a valid Australian motor vehicle driver's license and are willing to work outside regular hours and travel within Sydney and NSW on occasion.
An appropriate Allied Health qualification is essential for success in this role.
