Office Administrator / Personal Assistant - Professional Accounting Practice
We are a small professional accounting practice seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support the Practice Director. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys administration, client contact, and working in a relaxed professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Administration & Client Management
* Set up and manage new client files in our system
* Client communication on various matters as required
* General practice administration including invoicing and debtor follow-ups
Sales & Marketing Support
* Contact prospective clients and leads regarding our fees & services
* Assist with social media marketing (optional)
Accounting & Bookkeeping Support (Training Provided)
* Assist with bookkeeping and payroll tasks from time to time
* Assist with BAS, IAS, and tax return preparation as required
Office & PA Duties
* Office administration, reception, and phone answering duties
* Assist the Director with projects and ad hoc tasks
About You
* Confident communicator (phone, email, and in person)
* High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Experience in previous administration or customer service roles preferred but not essential

Hours: hours per week (Monday - Thursday)
Salary: $40 - $45 per hour inclusive superannuation (casual rate)
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
