Your day to day
The role of the OMG Executive Assistant & Operations Lead & is crucial to our company, as you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth office operations, organising company events, and providing executive assistant support to the Group Managing Directors (MDs).
We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with exceptional communication skills to handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organising travel arrangements.
* Executive Support – Managed complex diaries, coordinated meetings, and optimised time for Group MDs, ensuring priorities were aligned with shifting demands.
* Travel & Logistics – Oversaw seamless travel arrangements for executives and staff, including flights, accommodations, transport, and itineraries.
* Project & Operations Management – Provided administrative and operational support on special projects, tracked progress, compiled reports, and liaised with teams for alignment.
* Events & Engagement – Led planning and execution of office events, collaborating with People Team on employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and DE&I initiatives.
* Office & Change Management – Implemented operational strategies to support organisational changes, drive efficiency, and enhance workplace culture.
* People & Stakeholder Management – Supervised support staff, maintained confidentiality, and served as liaison between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
Who are you?
* Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating effective Office Management and Executive Assistant capabilities.
* A neat, professional appearance and demeanour.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic accounting software.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
* A team player mindset with a willingness to pitch in and adapt to changing priorities.
