The Opportunity
The Administration Officer role is to provide administrative, transactional and general support to the greater shipyard operations team
What's involved

You'll need
Essential
Relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role
Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate positively and professionally
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks/projects
High attention to detail and accuracy and a provide high quality output
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
