As an administration officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience during their care.
This part-time role involves working in our consulting suites, where you will support our doctors and patients with a broad range of administrative duties.
Your responsibilities will include managing the reception desk, answering calls, organizing appointments, preparing admission paperwork, and maintaining accurate record management systems.
You will also be responsible for conducting follow-up requests, making reminder calls, and coordinating with staff from other departments.
In addition to your administrative tasks, you will provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly developed organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and authority to work in Australia.
