* VPS Grade 4: $97,955 - $111,142 plus superannuation.

About the Business Unit:

Gaming and Liquor (G&L) advises the Minister for Casino, Gaming & Liquor Regulation on the development and implementation of liquor and gambling legislation and regulation, and on current and emerging gambling and liquor-related issues.

The Business Unit is responsible for delivering and further developing the Victorian Government's strategic response to liquor and gambling issues and for developing and implementing the government's policy on the various gambling licensing processes. It is the primary government point of reference for industry, community and government on liquor and gaming issues.

G&L works closely with a wide range of external stakeholders from industry, government and the community.

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant's key objective is to provide high level executive support to Gaming and Liquor's Executive Director, three Directors, Senior Leadership team and the broader business unit.

Some of your duties will include:

* Providing diary management and administrative assistance to the Executive Director and Directors of Gaming and Liquor
* Monitoring and actioning emails including meeting requests as required, using integrity and confidentiality
* Being responsible for preparing and distributing meeting packs, including agendas and PowerPoint presentations, by working closely with internal and external teams to gather and compile relevant content.

About You:

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

* Proven experience in providing daily diary management and executive support
* Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint and Excel
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise departmental correspondence
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* There are no mandatory qualifications, however, relevant experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
