Your new role
Full-Time - Unrestricted Work Rights
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception duties, including answering calls, email management and being a first point of contact at times.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases.
* Project coordination, follow up on outstanding tasks and support the team throughout the process.
* Document control - filing, preparation, and collection.
* System transfers and data entry.
* Liaise with different team members and cross-collaboration across teams to ensure project completion.
* Filing.
* Organisation of all office admin and systems.
* Utilise Excel for data management, analysis and reporting.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Foster a team-oriented environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Ensure the organisation and efficient handling of administrative tasks.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Administration and workplace coordination.
* Assist with daily workplace operations.
* Event and meeting room set-up, preparation and presentation delivery.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an NFP organisation or healthcare setting.
* Proficiency in data entry and Excel.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
