The Opportunity:

* Assist our Maintenance Facility team with Facilities Management (hard and soft services).
* Coordinate work order systems and contractors.
* Maintain high levels of customer service.
* Perform reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate and manage all trades, contractors and service technicians for maintenance and raised work requests.
* Manage contractor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with service contract requirements.
* Ensure risk assessments and job hazard analysis have been completed for contract work tasks.
* Source parts and raise purchase orders & special purchases as requested.
* Prepare quotes and tenders including associated documentation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet The Following Key Criteria:
">
* Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
* Tertiary / Trade Qualifications in construction or property management or related discipline.
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Understanding of contractor management and supervision of building works.
* Project Management / contractor coordination skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
* Knowledge of codes of practice and industry best practice relating to facilities management.
* Understanding of continuous improvement and risk management.
