**About the company**
Our client, are renowned as a clear standout within their industry, and has experienced consistent financial growth over a period of time and have an exciting newly created position within their accounts and administration division.
**About the role**
Sitting within the accounts and administration team and reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be tasked with the responsibility to actively manage and drive your portfolio of accounts and promote continuous improvement to the role. Your responsibilities will include, though not limited to:
- Prepare feedback sheets and daily costings
- Communicate with all stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the perfect operation of the transactions
- Build relationships with all stakeholders, in particular with major suppliers
- Complete accurate reports as required on time
- Reconcile market/agent purchased product/supplies
- Other duties that arise during the course of the day
- Allocating & receipting
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Our client is ideally looking for someone with at least 1-3 years' accounts or administration experience - alternatively you may be a recent graduate looking to gain invaluable expereince. To be successful you will need to display and possess the following skillset and personal attributes:
- Vibrant and energetic personality and mindset.
- Ability to manage and build strong working relationships
- Working experience and a sound understanding of multiple accounting functions
- Experience and understanding of how to read financial reports, put financial reports together and present reports
- A hard working attitude and be a team player
