Key Responsibilities
Event Preparation
Assist with booking suppliers, venues and equipment
Support preparation of run-sheets, schedules and checklists
Contact suppliers, performers or volunteers as directed
Help source materials required for workshops or activationsOn-the-Day Support
Help with bump-in / bump-out
Assist the events team with registration, crowd movement, volunteer coordination
Act as an events runner for supplies and logistics
Prepare and maintain event documents (Google Drive / ClickUp)
Assist with data collection for impact reporting

This role reports to our Director of Events and also works closely with our President, Vice President, and Secretary (Lead), and Secretary (Deputy).

Time Required
Time commitment: Approximately 24 hours per week (flexible)
Event days: Attendance required with prior notice (typically one weekend day per month)
Board meetings: Optional attendance for learning and development (held monthly on a weekday from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm)
Training
We provide on-the-job training in event operations, volunteer coordination, and organisational processes.
All training is practical, supportive, and tailored to your level of experience.
