Greet and assist delivery drivers, sign delivery documents, and perform routine temperature checks on incoming goods.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries and incoming stock.
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
Prepare and print labels for stock and packaging as required.
Support inventory control and help coordinate dispatch documentation.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office and reception area.
Assist with any other administrative tasks as directed by management.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an office admin or similar role preferred.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Willingness to work in a mixed office and warehouse environment.
