We are seeking new data entry/document control talent in the manufacturing industry. This supportive organisation is searching for talent with data entry and document review experience. This job is a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility for extension and Hybrid working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the Health, Safety and Quality department you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team with diverse Admin tasks, especially around maintaining their records and training documents.
The Data Entry officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Collect information from clients and internal staff
Review the data and fix deficiencies
Merge or remove duplicates
Transfer or retrieve data if needed
Create virtual catalogues/filing of the safety related documents and records.
Job requirements:
The role demands professionalism, conscientiousness, confidentiality, and attention to detail towards all types of information and data:
Previous experience min. 12 months in Data Entry or document preparation
Experience in a high paced environment and robust organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer skills from different platforms and systems
Valid working rights
