Executive Assistant – The Mabo Centre, University of Melbourne
Pay range: A$98,870.00/yr - A$107,023.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Manage complex schedules, draft correspondence, field inquiries and ensure efficient document management.
- Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Board members and university guests.
- Assist with conferences, seminars and events, preparing materials and logistics.
- Assist with travel arrangements, purchasing, financial reconciliation and meeting servicing.
- Interpret policies, provide advice on university systems and collaborate with senior staff on centre initiatives.
- Assist with OHS processes, conduct local inductions and complete First Aid training.
Qualifications & Experience
- Highly organized and professional with exceptional communication skills and discretion.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- Experience providing executive‑level support and managing complex schedules.
- Proficient in office productivity tools and software applications.
- Collaborative mindset; can work independently and as part of a team.
