Glendale offers all levels of permanent and respite care and is known as a specialist in supporting and caring for people living with dementia, making this home one of the most comprehensive aged‑care facilities in Victoria.

About the Opportunity

As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day‑to‑day running of our aged‑care home.

- Coordinate new resident admissions
- Handle sales enquiries and tours
- Monitor the home’s occupancy
- Administer employee onboarding and safety screening
- Submit accurate employee and payroll information to payroll
- Prepare and manage rosters
- Serve as reception points of contact
- Capture feedback into the home’s feedback system

About You

Our ideal candidate has:

- MUST have experience with rostering and hiring/recruitment processes
- MUST have experience with CRM
- Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems such as quality‑management systems, databases, payroll and rostering systems
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Free seasonal flu vaccination

Experience using HumanForce is highly advantageous.

The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
