About the two opportunities

We're looking for two highly experienced, commercially astute Executive Assistants to provide strategic, high‐level support to senior leaders.

These roles will support:

* Role 1: Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) – jointly
* Role 2: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

These are not traditional Executive Assistant roles. They are true partnership positions, embedded at the heart of executive decision‐making, governance, commercial strategy, and operational delivery.

Based in Flemington, you will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness within a fast‐paced, high‐profile environment, working across complex priorities, senior stakeholder groups, and enterprise‐wide initiatives.

The Roles

Reporting directly to C‐Suite leaders, you will operate as a trusted right‐hand — ensuring seamless executive operations while anticipating needs, managing competing demands, and driving outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

* Prepare board‐level reports, presentations, papers, and governance documentation
* Coordinate executive cadence including leadership meetings, committees, and strategic forums
* Act as a central liaison across internal senior leaders, Board members, and external partners
* Drive action tracking and ensure follow‐through on strategic priorities
* Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
* Support key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across business functions

Focus

Executive Assistant – Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

* Support finance and operational leadership across governance, risk, performance, and delivery
* Coordinate Board, Audit, Risk, and operational committees
* Enable effective execution across finance, operations, and enterprise delivery functions
* Support commercial leadership priorities including growth initiatives, go‐to‐market activity, and partner engagement
* Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and broader commercial teams
* Enable strong preparation for external stakeholder engagements, industry forums, and executive presentations

About You

You are a seasoned C‐Suite Executive Assistant who thrives in high‐performance environments and operates with confidence, precision, and professionalism.

* Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (CCO, CFO, COO, CEO or equivalent)
* Strong governance capability, including Board and Committee support
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
* Advanced communication skills — polished, concise, and executive‐ready
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to anticipate executive needs
* High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management capability
* Absolute discretion, sound judgment, and integrity
