About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high level, strategic support to our Chief Client and Transformation Officer, Chief People Officer and Chief Information Officer. This is a pivotal role sitting at the centre of executive leadership, transformation, technology and people initiatives across the firm.
This role goes well beyond traditional executive support. You will act as a trusted business partner, enabling senior leaders to operate at pace by managing complex workflows, sensitive matters, governance requirements and cross functional coordination. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless executive operations while contributing to major organisational priorities and projects.
This is a fast paced, high exposure role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys variety and challenge, and brings exceptional organisational, communication and relationship building capability.
What You Will Do
* Provide high level executive support to three senior executives, managing complex diaries, priorities and scheduling across multiple portfolios
* Act as the primary contact point for executives, handling confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
* Prepare high quality documentation including reports, presentations, papers and executive communications
* Coordinate executive meetings, leadership forums and governance committees, including agendas, papers, logistics, minute taking and action tracking
* Support key transformation, technology and people programs through coordination, documentation and progress tracking
* Manage end to end travel arrangements, expenses, procurement and general executive administration
What will you bring?
You will bring significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast paced and complex environment, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities and high volumes of work. You will have exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication capability and a proactive mindset. You will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, discretion and judgement when handling confidential matters, alongside resilience, adaptability and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Experience within professional services or large matrix organisations will be highly regarded, as will confidence using Microsoft Office, travel booking systems and expense management tools.
