**About the Role**
An opportunity has arisen for you to join the NaMES team in a permanent part-time position. This important Administrative Assistant role works as part of the administration team to provide high level administrative support to the NaMES team and key stakeholders.
Some of the role's tasks include:
- managing updates and communications to the team and via the all staff intranet
- assisting NaMES staff with computer support, creating and maintaining databases, enquiries, etc
- stationery management for NaMES team
- diary management
- arranging meetings and forums
**About You**
You will have experience in a similar administrative role, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a supportive team. Your technical skills include well developed computer skills and high level knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software, including Outlook.
**What you need**:
- experience in a similar role with the ability to prioritise own workload, multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- well-developed computer skills and knowledge of common software programs including Microsoft Office
- previous experience and understanding of a large health care organisation would be advantageous
- current Working with Children's Check
- current Police Check
- current Immunisations
