**Your new role**:
We're looking for a compassionate **Psychosocial Support Worker** to join our **Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) Program**, supporting people with severe mental illness to build independence and wellbeing through early intervention.
Key responsibilities:
- Support clients to manage their mental health and daily living
- Promote healthy lifestyles and reduce harmful behaviours
- Strengthen social, family, and community connections
- Assist with access to education, employment, and support services
Make a real difference by helping clients work toward recovery and reduce their need for acute mental health services.

**Your skills and experience**:
You will hold a tertiary qualification in a health or welfare related discipline. You will also bring with you:
- Mental Health and/or Welfare qualification (desirable)
- Experience in community-based mental health support
- Knowledge of dual diagnosis, dual disability, and complex client needs
- Understanding of Recovery Frameworks and the Social Model of Health
- Familiarity with mental health legislation, policy, and service systems
- Competence in risk assessment, safety procedures, and clinical documentation
- Strong awareness of client vulnerabilities and safety for clients, families, and staff
