$35,000 annually (20 hours p/w, Mon-Fri)

We're seeking a hands‐on Operations Assistant to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis, supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operations of our Operations Department. You'll provide administrative and communication support, coordinate shipments, schedule team movements, and respond to operational enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
* Schedule daily warehouse team movements
* Attend to enquiries via phone, email, and Teams
* Provide operational and administrative support as needed
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication across all levels
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
