**About the role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and wider executive team of a highly reputable organisation. This is a very busy role that involves high level calendar management and project support that requires someone who has the ability to stay one step ahead.
**Responsibilities**
Supporting the CEO, your role will include however not be limited to the following;
- Managing, scheduling and prioritising meetings and events.
- Diary management.
- Event and travel management
- Compiling and working with highly confidential information, to ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings - eg: shareholders, Board, industry bodies, leadership team etc
- Social media management of CEO's personal accounts
- Assist in the co-ordination of leadership team meetings - offsite and internally
- Managing and completing expense reports, and internal document management
- Research, prioritise and work on projects, as well as incoming items identified by the CEO/and or SLT
- Provide a communication bridge between the CEO and leadership team, demonstrating professionalism to "get things done"
- Support SLT when required with presentations/travel/calendar
- Prioritise conflicting needs ensuring projects are completed, often with time constraints
- Assist with travel arrangements for the Board/ Guests/Customers and SLT as required
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a similar position is advantageous
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong track record of proactive networking and relationship building
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
