About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and wider executive team of a highly reputable organisation. This is a very busy role that involves high level calendar management and project support that requires someone who has the ability to stay one step ahead.
Responsibilities
Supporting the CEO, your role will include however not be limited to the following;
Managing, scheduling and prioritising meetings and events.
Diary management.
Event and travel management
Compiling and working with highly confidential information, to ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings - eg: shareholders, Board, industry bodies, leadership team etc
Social media management of CEO's personal accounts
Assist in the co-ordination of leadership team meetings - offsite and internally
Managing and completing expense reports, and internal document management
Research, prioritise and work on projects, as well as incoming items identified by the CEO/and or SLT
Provide a communication bridge between the CEO and leadership team, demonstrating professionalism to "get things done"
Support SLT when required with presentations/travel/calendar
Prioritise conflicting needs ensuring projects are completed, often with time constraints
Assist with travel arrangements for the Board/ Guests/Customers and SLT as required
Skills and Experience
Experience working in a similar position is advantageous
Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong track record of proactive networking and relationship building
Overall great team player
High degree of attention to detail
Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
